Surprise 50th Birthday Party

I contacted Toast with Post to host a catering event for my husband's Suprise 50th birthday Celebration I was planning in Helen. Connie did an amazing job putting together a menu to please! From beginning to end, Connie was available, she came early to set up, decorate and even stayed late for the clean up! We started the evening with an array of delicious appetizers of baby brie, stuffed mushrooms as well as bacon wrapped artichoke hearts and a cheese and cracker platter. We then moved to the outside deck where Connie prepared a feast of true Southern Cooking, everything my husband enjoyed eating, from slow smoked pulled pork,baby back ribs, her grandma's collards, cheesy grits and the most amazing potato salad as well as her very own homemade barbque sauces. Every person who came to celebrate with us, there were 17 , was very impressed with the food, and ate every drop of left overs the next day for lunch!

This truly was an exceptional experience for me, being so far away and being able to pull this party off without my husband knowing. Connie made it effortless and certainly delivered on the presentation and most importantly the food! We couldn't thank Connie enough! I would highly recommend Toast with Post for all your catering needs!
